Toyota IQ Typeface

Ok, so the above typeface may look a little a simple handwritten typeface, and nothing too special, each letterform simply created from four strokes that look like they could be handwritten with like four pens stuck together or something. But the thing that is special about this typeface is the way it was created. The 'how they made it' video below explains all, using a car and filming it from above, to make a typeface is a completely mad and unique idea, but it only works for this one off use, it would of course not be a viable way to create new typefaces. Saying this knowing the typeface has been created in this way complitly transforms the way you see the typeface. Its a truly uniqe thing, commisioned by Toyota in order to back up their 'radical thinking' brand value attached to their new IQ car.
