Ok, everyone knows Phillipe Stark as being an out there designer with his crazy space ship lemon juicer, but how cool are these? 18K gold gun lamps, a must have in any gangster rappers house! All I can think of when I look at these now though, is please, please, please let the trigger be the light switch and not just solid gold, because that would just be genius. If it weren't for the excruciatingly expensive price tag, one of these would be making its way to my living room right now, purely for the conversation factor of having a gun lamp in your front room. In terms of a design, what more could you want from a 'designer-fad' product than such a strong talking point. There may be those people who think it will be tacky and 'promoting violence' to have an M16 floor lamp, an AK47 table lamp or a Beretta bed side lamp, but that's not who these products are aimed at, there are plenty of people out there who will see them as just a bit of fun, its one of those designer products that's just 'out there' and a bit of a laugh and a talking point when you have your posh dinner parties.
